Description
The Level36 5Senior Business Development Manager (SrBDM) position is responsible for building our market position by prospecting, consultative selling, negotiating, and closing new business relationships. The BDM is primarily focused on selling our Unified Communications and Contact Center as a Service (UCaaS and CCaaS).
Responsibilities
Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets by developing a strong understanding of our solution, its differentiators, and our sales process.
Prospect and build pipeline for new business opportunities from a variety of sources, such as networking, prospecting, cold calling, etc.
Requirements
3+ years of small to medium enterprise (50-500 employees) level sales experience selling to business owners and C-level executives. Previous experience selling in Telecom, IP technology, (LAN, WAN, MAN, VPN), and SaaS environments preferred. This position is based out of our office in Indianapolis, Indiana. Interested candidates must reside in Indianapolis or the surrounding area.

Compensation
The Senior Business Development position includes a base salary of $50k to $70k (based on experience) and a variable compensation package (commission) of $90k at plan for an OTE of $140k to $160K.
